VIPHENOL- 233

Application:

VIPHENOL – 233 is a thermoplastic, oil soluble it is chemical resistance & good thermal properties. This resin is typically used to provide tack in elastomers such as nitrile rubber which have little inherent tack. 

VIPHENOL – 240

Application:

VIPHENOL – 240  resin used in combination with catalyst such as halide-bearing elastomers and metallic chlorides. VIPHENOL – 240  resincross;inls rubber, such as tire curing bags, conveyor belts , Gaskets and heat resistance packings.

VIPHENOL- 237

Application: 

VIPHENOL – 237  resin used to partially cross-link elastomeric materials to form a pressure sensitive mass.

VIPHENOL- 239

Application:

VIPHENOL – 239  resin used with Butyl rubber , faster cure .The use of  brominated resins in compounding is especially effective when the rubber may be exposed to heat. Also used to partially crosslink elastomers to create pressure sensitive adhesives.

VIPHENOL- 238

Application:

VIPHENOL – 238  resin used to cure of Isobutylene- Isoprene rubber by the resin cure system. It is also used in tire curing bladder, Conveyor belts, Gaskets, & Heat resistance packing compounds.
